This is at least close enough, if not perfect, especially if I can (and I expect so) change the background to the aperture logo (which can easily be found in the correct orange/brownish color online).
Good question, I'm not sure. From using a desktop wallpaper on my android before however I can tell you that in practice, whatever happens with your cache, it just crops the image to fit your screen. It can be a problem if you want the full design, but with a one color image, you'd never be able to tell.
But hell yeah I can understand being way too lazy to care, though still then I wouldn't be saying "there's no option..." because there is, you just have to supply the image, which is really very easy if you did care to do it.

Literally just use the same one that's on your pc? Just KDEconnect that file over (or find any online pic of a solid color wallpaper, whatever you choose of course), and click:
settings>wallpaper and style>change wallpaper>my photos>nav to your file>set wallpaper
(This is why all linux help is CLI, damn GUI nav trees lmao.) But yeah why not that? Works on my machine.
I'm still just trying to get my terminal to look like the Portal (1) Aperture Science screensaver, but for some reason last time I tried I couldn't get it just right. Now that I have KDE (and thus color picker and Konsole), I should try again..

It dissolves when wet, sure, but on a molecular level is the cocoa bonding with the water to become some state other than "wet" or "dry," or is the dissolved cocoa still "wet?"
Matter of fact, we have words to describe the quantity of "wetness." There's many synonyms of course, soaked, dessicated, etc, but the base levels are: dry, damp, and wet. If "water is not wet," then what is it? Do you propose water to be "dry?"
Another note (which you mentioning air made me think of), if water "has no surface" then how does it have "surface tension?" Another point for "water touches water."

Such a sweet kitty. Still pretty hidey, but coming along and opening up. She's play biting me now and it's so cute. Still hisses sometimes when she sees me but still doesn't mean it. Her leg is healing up so good that I never put the cone on her, I think part of the licking was stress which I've removed as much as possible. Picture to follow here.
This little scaredy cat got into the warehouse in which I work, and someone had to save her so I did. I recently asked about integrating her into my house with my 2y old cat.
So far, she's been quarantined in a separate room, she's got a bite on her foot I wasn't told about that looks partially healed, but still not great, and so I'll have to figure that out first. I have a cone on the way to stop her from licking at it until I can get her to the vet (who was supposed to email me yesterday...c'mon guys kitty need help!) Unclear if the bite came from one of the dogs inside the warehouse, or (lord I hope not, but...honestly I think so..), the raccoon she was spotted near a few days before she gained entry to the warehouse. I have a pic if anyone wants to see it, but it looks like a lil puncture wound (not exactly cute) so I'm only going to if someone requests 'cause they wanna help (as much help as that can be, need the vet for sure but advice is always welcome in the meantime!!)
She's terrified, but, that's probably normal? I mean, she's a wounded stray captured in a humane trap and then was fostered in a bathroom for a while until I got her in her own room. It's been like 26hr since I got her here, I'd be scared too. That said, she'll hiss and hiss but won't bite or scratch, when she hisses I'll pause and slow blink, then keep going, when I reach her she'll let me pet her, pick her up, starts purring and rubbing her face into the pets, y'know, cat stuff. So, pretty good? Idk! I've only adopted from humane rescues so far this is kiiiinda my first "found it in a dumpster" cat.
My tubby kitty, resident idiot... Idk if she's even noticed, despite the new kitten using her separate box (clearly "smells" involved there wafting under the door) and she definitely heard her meowing at me (begging for release into the wild) about 1h ago. Doesn't seem to care at all, who knows with this dingus! Maybe they'll become fast friends when they see each other, here's hoping!
